Who we are
NETVarista is a technology and services advisory firm headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. In this policy, "we" means NETVarista. Questions go to info@netvarista.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Discovery requests. Your name, job title, work email, phone number (optional), company, website, details about your organization, what's prompting the conversation, areas of interest, timing, and anything else you write.
- Emails and calls. Whatever you share when you write to us or speak with us.
- Calculator estimates. The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser. If you choose "Talk through this estimate," the estimate is added to your discovery request.
When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or session recording. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads, and Google's privacy policy applies to that request. If we add analytics or a scheduling tool, we'll update this policy before it goes live.
How we use your information
- To respond to you and schedule your call.
- To prepare for the call so the time goes to your business, not background questions.
- To deliver services if you become a client.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
When we share it
- Providers you choose. Introducing you to the right technology or service provider is part of what we do. We share your details with a provider only after you agree to that introduction.
- Services that run our business. Email, form-processing, scheduling and hosting services that handle information on our behalf.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep discovery requests for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, your agreement with us governs instead. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@netvarista.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we honor those requests too.
Security
This site uses HTTPS, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, credentials or sensitive system details through the website form. We'll set up a secure way to share them if an engagement needs it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on this page.
