Briefing

Here's the deal.

We're architects first. That changes who we work for, and how long we stick around.

What we will do

  • Learn how your business runs before we recommend anything
  • Bring the right technology and services to you, from providers we know well
  • Stay from project execution through day-two support
  • Measure your SLAs, KPIs and compliance, and show you the numbers
  • Bill only for actual work our architects do

What we won't do

  • Sell to you. We don't carry a quota.
  • Charge you for advice or introductions
  • Disappear after the contract is signed
  • Hide how we're compensated
  • Push a change when what you have already works

How we get paid, up front. Introductions cost you nothing. When you choose a provider we introduced, that provider pays us a referral fee. We tell you before you sign, it never raises your price, and any work our architects do is billed separately for actual effort.

Day two is where we earn it.

Most advisors leave at signature. We set up one front door for every issue and a scorecard for every provider and every cloud dollar, then keep it running.

  • TicketingOne place to raise any issue, whichever provider owns it.
  • Third-party integrationProvider tickets, alerts and invoices flow in. No re-keying.
  • SLA, OLA, KPI and compliance trackingEvery contract measured against what was promised, and every handoff between providers measured too.
  • FinOps governanceCloud spend tagged to owners, budgeted and reviewed every month. Anomalies are flagged before the invoice arrives, with rightsizing and commitment recommendations.
  • AI agentsTriage, routing, summaries and early warnings when an SLA starts to slip. A human signs off on anything you see.
  • VisibilityA live dashboard, a monthly scorecard and a quarterly business review.
